Vela Systems is a service business operated by Jack Robinett. We build inbound and outbound systems for B2B founders. We are the data controller for information collected via this site.

- Contact form submissions — name, email address, a short description of what you sell, and your message. Submitted via our form provider (Formspree) and forwarded to us by email.
- Calendar bookings — when you book a call, our scheduling provider Cal.com collects your name, email, time zone, and any notes you add. Cal.com's privacy practices apply.
- Server logs — our hosting provider may temporarily log standard request data (IP address, user agent, referer, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
We do not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or behavioral cookies on this site.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
04How we share information
