"Vela Systems" and the Vela mark are unregistered trademarks of Vela Systems. All third-party trademarks shown on the site are the property of their respective owners.

The site uses third-party services (Cal.com for scheduling, Formspree for form handling, Google Fonts, and others). These services are operated by their respective companies and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
05No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
06No professional advice

07No guarantee of results
Any reference to results, outcomes, or guarantees on the site (including any performance commitments) describes our intent and our standard for client work — they are not promises that you will achieve identical or any specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Any binding commitments will be set out in a signed engagement agreement.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vela Systems, its founder, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any inability to use it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Vela Systems harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
